Terms of Service
1. Agreement
By creating an account on nordicai.net you enter into a contract with Nordic AI AS (registered in Norway). If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.
2. What we provide
Access to online courses, live webinars, recorded replays, and community features as described at point of purchase. We may update or retire specific lessons or features. Material changes to paid content will be announced in advance.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your password secret and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old. You must provide accurate information.
4. Payment and refunds
Prices are shown in the checkout flow inclusive of applicable VAT. Payments are processed by Stripe. EU consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal, which you waive once you access a digital module. Please contact billing@nordicai.net to request a refund before first access.
5. Acceptable use
- No unlawful, abusive, or harassing behaviour in chat, Q&A, or webinar sessions.
- No sharing of your login credentials or lesson content outside the platform.
- No scraping, reverse-engineering, or automated access to the service.
- No attempting to bypass authentication, rate limits, or access controls.
We may suspend or close accounts that breach these rules.
6. Your content
You retain copyright in messages and content you submit. You grant us a licence to display and store it for the purpose of operating the service (e.g. showing your chat messages to other attendees).
7. Intellectual property
Course videos, slides, and written materials are the intellectual property of Nordic AI. You may use them for personal learning and reference. You may not redistribute, re-upload, or resell.
8. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent allowed by Norwegian law, Nordic AI's liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability where it cannot lawfully be excluded (e.g. mandatory consumer rights under the Norwegian Consumer Purchases Act / Forbrukerkjøpsloven, or gross negligence).
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Norway. Consumer disputes may be addressed to the Norwegian Consumer Authority (Forbrukertilsynet) or escalated to the Consumer Disputes Commission (Forbrukerklageutvalget).
10. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced by email and in-app. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
